Let's imagine a different sort of property chain experience. As soon as you accept an offer on your property you receive an email from your estate agent. It tells you your property has been added to ChainManager and provides you with a secure log-in to the ChainManager web site.

When you log-in you can see the properties in the chain you are in - and you can see at a glance how far the sale and purchase of each property has progressed.

For the first time, everyone is in the loop - because your solicitor can access ChainManager too - and so can all the other estate agents, solicitors, buyers and sellers in the chain.

Whenever progress is made in your sale or purchase - you are automatically notified by email.
